Gillett and Suring – We are pleased to announce the HSHS St. Clare Memorial Hospital Prevea Gillett Health Center is now open on Tuesdays and the HSHS St. Clare Memorial Hospital Prevea Suring Health Center is now open on Mondays.
This extension of hours provides northern Wisconsin residents enhanced access to primary care for children and adults in all stages of life, and for a variety of health care needs.
The HSHS St. Clare Memorial Hospital Prevea Gillett Health Center is located at 340 N. Green Bay Ave. in Gillett. Primary care at this location is provided by Jennifer Gibbons, APNP, FNP-C. This health center is now open on Mondays, Tuesdays, Wednesdays and Fridays from 7:30 a.m. to 5 p.m. Appointments can be scheduled by calling (920) 855-2823.
The HSHS St. Clare Memorial Hospital Prevea Suring Health Center is located at 913 E. Main St. in Suring. Primary care at this location is provided by Erin Bancroft, APNP, FNP-C. This health center is now open on Mondays, Tuesdays and Thursdays from 7:30 a.m. to 5 p.m. Appointments can be scheduled by calling (920) 842-1147.
