Green Bay – Prevea Health is pleased to welcome Mohamed Azab, MD, a board-certified and fellowship-trained gastroenterologist.
Dr. Azab cares for patients at HSHS St. Vincent Hospital and HSHS St. Mary’s Hospital Medical Center in Green Bay, and at HSHS St. Clare Memorial Hospital in Oconto Falls. He specializes in:- Diagnosis and treatment of:

Dr. Azab completed medical school at Cairo University in Egypt; a residency at the University of Nevada, Las Vegas; and a fellowship in gastroenterology at Loma Linda University Health. He is certified by the American Board of Internal Medicine.
