Seymour – Prevea Health is pleased to welcome  Stephanie Alban, APNP, FNP-C, to its family of care.

As a family medicine nurse practitioner, Stephanie specializes in routine care for children and adults, preventive medicine, medication management, acute and chronic disease management, and health care promotion.

Stephanie sees patients at the Prevea Seymour Health Center, 958 Foote St. in Seymour. She joins  Scott Schinschke, DO, who also provides family medicine care at the Prevea Seymour Health Center.

“My goal for each patient is to help them optimize their physical and mental health to achieve the highest quality of life possible,” says Stephanie.

She holds a Master of Science in Nursing, Family Nurse Practitioner from Bellin College and is certified by the American Academy of Nurse Practitioners.
