Who doesn’t love the convenience of urgent care when you want that severe cough, suspected sprain or persistent sinus infection addressed immediately? With Prevea, you can skip the line with Save My Spot online urgent care reservations.

Save My Spot does just what its name suggests – it allows you to make a reservation at the Prevea Urgent Care of your choice from the comfort of your home.

Here’s how it works:

  1. View urgent care locations and select the Prevea Urgent Care most convenient for you.
  2. Enter a few details including your mobile phone number.
  3. Choose one of the available times to visit that urgent care location.
  4. Choose whether to receive a text reminder of your reservation time (Example: You may choose a reminder that comes 20 minutes prior to your reservation so you have sufficient time to get out the door and drive to the urgent care.)
  5. You’ll receive a text message confirming your reservation.
  6. You’ll receive a reminder text message.
  7. When you arrive at the Prevea Urgent Care you selected, check in at the registration desk. You’ll be quoted the remainder of time before your reservation because you’ve saved your spot!
