Manitowoc – Prevea Health is expanding access to gastroenterology care in Manitowoc as  Melissa Virant, APNP, FNP-C, is now providing outreach care at the Prevea Manitowoc Health Center at 4810 Expo Dr.

Melissa, a board-certified family nurse practitioner, provides care for:

  • Acid reflux and ulcers
  • Gastroesophageal reflux disease (GERD)
  • Irritable bowel syndrome (IBS)
  • Crohn’s disease
  • Ulcerative colitis
  • Chronic constipation and diarrhea
  • Anemia and GI bleeding
  • Liver and biliary diseases
  • Hiatal hernia
  • Manometry procedure
  • Interpreting fibroscan

Melissa joins Dr. Marla Wolfert and Dr. Adebisi Alimi, who also provide gastroenterology care at the Prevea Manitowoc Health Center.
