My interest in health care started at a young age when my grandmother passed away from complications of diabetes. As a nurse practitioner, I have a special interest in helping others with chronic conditions.
My goal is to work with patients to develop a plan that suits each individual's needs. Each patient has different priorities, experiences and resources, and when these factors are considered – along with empathy and compassion – the patient has a better opportunity to improve his or her health."
